Research On Construction Safety Supervision Based On Game Theory

With the vigorous development of the construction industry,the government of our country is changing from the function type to the service type.The construction safety supervision has become a hot spot,which is restricted and influenced by the factors such as the level of productivity development and the quality of the employees.It leads to the low efficiency of the construction safety supervision and management,and the safety supervision team and the industry are fast.The rapid development of the situation is not suitable.And at present,the construction safety supervision mechanism is mainly based on the government,and the excessive reliance on the punishment measures and the lack of effective incentive mechanism.In order to improve the level of safety supervision,this paper studies the construction safety supervision of our country,analyzes the existing problems and status of construction safety supervision in our country,and adopts the theory of game incentive.Building the game model of building safety supervision,analyzing the fundamental reasons of the existing problems in China's construction safety supervision,and putting forward corresponding measures and strategies according to the analysis,providing some theoretical support for improving the construction safety supervision mechanism of our country,and providing some ideas for the innovation of the construction safety supervision mode.This paper first analyzes the concept and characteristics of building safety management,introduces the theoretical basis of building safety supervision and the theory of game incentive,explores the externality of building safety,and has carried out a great deal on the legal system,organization,main supervision means and classification of the current construction safety supervision in China.Secondly,the necessity of security supervision is determined through the analysis of building safety economic property,safety economy analysis,value orientation analysis,and game analysis of safety supervision,and the stakeholders in the game of safety supervision are determined,and two game models are established according to the main relationship among the stakeholders,the first is the regulatory agency.The game model between the construction unit and the construction unit can find the relationship between the various influence variables by assuming the mixed strategy Nash equilibrium between the variables.The second is the three party game model,and through the game analysis between the government departments,the regulatory agencies and the supervised parties,the practices of malpractice and other acts in the supervision are done.The influence factors are analyzed by game.Finally,according to the game analysis,the corresponding incentive measures such as law,economy and Wen Huan are formulated,and the incentive mechanism of building safety supervision based on incentive theory is constructed,and the corresponding safeguard measures are made.
