| With the speed rising of railway passenger transport, freight must be raising speed in order to consistent with passenger transport and adapt the request of high-tech modernization transportation.The key of freight speed rising is improving the framework of vehicle bogie. The vehicle bogie is one kind of relatively complex framework. The improvements of every part of vehicle bogie will effect the speed raising. Enhancing the warp resistance of three piece bogie can insure the bogie keeping the correct numerical value and improve the vibratility of bogie and reduce consuming of inclined wedge. At last it can realize speed rising.This thesis analyze K6 bogie's key technique,main characteristics,main makeup and technique demands in order to find out key factors of capability improvement of three piece bogie. A 3D parametric CAD of vehicle bogie is studied. And establish mechanics model, and do mechanics analysis, provide theory base for optimized bogie.First, analyses the force of mechanics model of K6 bogie.Second, analyses direction and landscape orientation power of K6 bogie, and get graph of the best power.Third, analyses the wedge to get angle modulus,width and qulity of wedge and get formula of friction. |
