Optimization Research On Collecting And Distributing System Of Longkou Port

Collecting and distributing system of the port is one of very important parts, whatever kinds of ports in overseas or in domestic, the capacity of which affects the port throughput development, and if developed ahead, it can speed development of port. Recently, Longkou Port has been defined to be a launch port for north coal shipping out, the throughout amount of which increases quickly, however several obstacles such as lack of railway, single network structure restrict the development of Longkou Port. So the research on the collecting and distributing system of Longkou Port is very necessary.The article expatiates on development situation and research situation of collecting and distributing system, gives a new definition on the structure of collecting and distributing system, which divides it into three subsystems: exterior subsystem, interior subsystem, linking up subsystem. By giving a case on Longkou Port, it analyzes the present situation on three collecting and distributing subsystem and advances problems existed. Then it orients the function for the system, which to become to be special collecting and distributing platform for five cargos of coal, ore, grain, oil, container; it also forecasts the port throughput amount by using optimum weighted composition method, and distributes the demand of railway and highway by analogy method. As function orientation and transport capacity demand as the premise, this article generally optimizes the three subsystems of exterior subsystem, interior subsystem and linking up subsystem. In the design of exterior subsystem, it optimizes the backside railway, plans two big channels, and sets railway marshalling yards; and builds some roads and high ways, sets inland ports .In the design of inner subsystem, it renovates the foundations, builds an integrative foundation on special dock, special handing process, transport circuitries, and gives advices on organization optimization and information system construction. .In the design of inner subsystem, it designs the railway and highway for collecting the inner subsystem with exterior subsystem.This article optimizes the collecting and distributing system of LongKou Port, and gives guarantees for Longkou Port developing rapidly and becoming to be the launch port for north coal shipping out. Furthermore, the research process and method has application value for other ports.
