The Influence Of Collecting And Distributing Traffic On Pedestrian And Bicycle Transport Based On FAHP Method

More and more port cities focus on the development of their economic core region, the ports, as which are developing rapidly. It intensifies the integration of the port and the city, and more and more old or new-built port districts, the residential districts and business districts are mixing with each other nowadays. What’s more, there appears much more complex traffic system.For studying the relationship between the port collecting and distributing traffic and the pedestrian and bicycle transport near the harbor districts, this research is concentrated on the detail point of the safety and comfort of pedestrians and bicycle riders.Initially, the researcher tried to find the factors of the influence of the port collecting and distributing traffic to the pedestrian and bicycle transport, and sorted them out to four different categories, secure, unobstructed, well-serviced and innocuous category.Subsequently, the researcher built a target system with the method of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process, and made the evaluation of the influence, according to the professional advices.Afterwards, the researcher illustrated the target system with an engineering project, at the same time, according to the analysis of the project and the target system, the researcher made assessments of the practicability of the target system. As a result of this, it confirmed that the target system with the method of the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process can effectively reflect the influence of the port collecting and distributing traffic to pedestrian transportation at the location of the engineering case, and this method of the research can also provide the reference of quantifying such influences.To be succinct, this is a new try in the domain of port planning, and it has both actual significance and practical value.
