In order to meet the requirements of modern teaching and industrial technology, a multifunction hydraulic integrated practical training system is proposed in this dissertation, and the general scheme of system is designed according to its functional requirements, the detailed research on hardware and software of the system is done, and the hydraulic integrated practical training system is achieved successfully, the example analysis is made in this system, and showned that the system has good working performance and has a very strong practicability in both teaching and engineering field.The content of this dissertation includes:Chapter 1, the present developmental and research status of hydraulic integrated practical training system are elaborated, the patent situation of this kind system is also presented, and the development trend of this kind system is summarized according to the requirements of modern teaching and industrial technology, in the end the significance of this subject is discussed, and the research content and arrangement of each chapter are presented.Chapter 2, in this chapter the functional requirements of hydraulic integrated practical training system is presented, and the general scheme of system is designed according to the functional requirements, then the implementing scheme of hardware and software is made based on the general scheme.Chapter 3, after the analysis of hardware function module, three basic circuit of hydraulic system is presented, the selection of hydraulic components is done, after that the hydraulic experiment circuit and electric control circuit of multifunction hydraulic integrated practical training system is designed, in the end the data acquisition and processing subsystem is designed, the selection of sensor and data acquisition card is done, and the function characteristic of sensor and data acquisition card is also presented.Chapter 4, in this chapter we chose Visual C++6.0 as the programming language of system software according to the implementing scheme of software and its functional requirements, and the function and characteristic of Visual C++6.0 is presented, the fast data acquisition of this system is achieved by using the DLL of data acquisition card, in the end the experimental interface of system software is designed by Visual C++6.0.Chapter 5, test experiment is made on the multifunction hydraulic integrated practical training system, the detailed implementation steps of hydraulic failure examination experiment is presented, the setting method and implementation steps of nondestructive failure is expatiated, the characteristic analysis experiment of preguiding overflow valve is done, and analyzing experiment result, the characteristic analysis experiment of pressure-limiting variable vane pump is done, and the working performance of pressure-limiting variable vane pump is discussed.Chapter 6, the full paper is generalized roundly and the next research work is prospected.
