In recent years, Subway industry has been rapidly developed in China, In view of subway run in the underground space, when the subway system normal power supply fails, we must make ensure that the subway ventilation unimpeded to protect the safety of passengers. Therefore, a sub way emergency ventilation converter is necessary to be settled in the subway. Based on this demand, we do a research of the frequency control on the theory; design a set of emergency ventilation inverter power supply, which can alter the DC power of the battery in the subway into AC power to ensure the ventilation system running.First , the motor torque characteristics under the U/F control method was been analyzed, then established the mathematical model of Asynchronous motor in the three-phase reference frame and introduced the basic principles of svpwm algorithm, Compared with other pulse width modulation, svpwm algorithm is simple, suitable for digital implementation, and high voltage utilization advantages. Through the simulation of the frequency control system for induction motor simulation with MATLAB software, proved that this speed control system and has a good dynamic and static speed performance, verify the effectiveness of the system feasible.Finally, the hardware circuit of control system based on STM32 is designed, and we also complete the implementation of relevant theory of algorithms with the controller. Through the debugging of Electrical part and control part, the actual operating results show that the control system can achieve smooth speeding form 5 to 50Hz, has good dynamic speed performance, the indicators meet the design requirements.
