With the strictness of national emission law, traditional dual-valve gasoline engine is trending to disappear and multi-valve gasoline engine with electric fuel injected system become the backbone of automobile engine. The airflow condition in multi-valve gasoline engine has great influence on mixture combustion speed, and then affect the performance of power, economy and emission.The generation of the initial computational grids is also crucial for the three dimensional transient simulation. Block-structured grids of a four valve gasoline engine with a pentroof shaped combustion chamber and a flat head piston are constructed. Adjustment techniques for the moving grid are applied to make the computational grid fit the needs of calculation of a closed engine cycle calculation.Thus, from the perspective of 3-D transient, this paper revealed port-cylinder gas-liquid two-phase movement and different of jet steam mixed mode, fuel distribution and droplet flow, compared valve overlap angle scavenge waste for fuel volume. To improve the ignition pre-mixed gas concentration, improve the quality of combustion, reduce fuel consumption to provide theoretical guidance, It can determine the fuel injection location, angle, injection timing and fuel injection pulse width, and provide a good environment in preparation for burning.This paper is also applied for engineering, studying oil and gas flow mixing process of port-fuel-injected gasoline engine LJ377MV of triplex cylinders as the basic research, based on the two-phase flow basic principles, start numerical simulation of gas flow, Jet fuel and oil mixing in port to cylinder process.This paper took LJ377MV gasoline engine as an application study for instance, and applied important reference for sample design.
