Along with the rapid development of science and technology, modern mechanical subjects become more and more cross-disciplinary and integrated. It is necessary to enhance the education of professional knowledge, the training of the consciousness of innovation, the practice ability and the comprehensive quality. That becomes the basic personnel training requirements on mechanical subjects, as well as the core of higher education on mechanical subjects at present. As the basis of core professional courses of mechanical subjects, teaching of "The Basis of Mechanical Engineering Control" course must be converted from telling of traditional theory of control to guide students to solve engineering control problems related to engineering projects by using the knowledge learned in class. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an experimental teaching system that is suitable of the conversion.In order to meeting the needs of experimental teaching on the basic courses of mechanical engineering control, this dissertation, rounds the main courses of time-domain analysis, frequency-domain analysis, model identification and control algorithm's design, combines to typical engineering objects (such as mechanical engineering movement platform) and the hardware platforms related, researches the development of the experimental teaching system software of mechanical engineering control. Firstly, this dissertation analyzes the current status of Control Experiment and points out that the methods of experimental teaching exists some deficiencies. Secondly, the dissertation gives the system's overall framework for planning, and analysis of this experimental system's functional requirements in detail. Then, according to the system's functional requirements, modules of system are made a detailed breakdown and designed in summary, then in detail. Each module is achieved through flow charts and specific code. And in the environment of MATLAB/SIMULINK, it completes the detailed design and programming of all functional modules, the motor's command and the manners of packaging interface, and implements the experimental functions that required. In the end of this dissertation, it makes the experimental system running for test, all of system's functions and interface are introduced. The results indicate that this experimental system has entire functions as well as good maneuverability and stability.
