As a contrast of large scale generation/transmission trend, distributed generation present s advanced small scale generation technology. DG is contractive for it's compatible with the environment, as well as the enhanced performance of low capcity generation. Nowadays DG market has developed rapidly all over the world. Also more and more DG applications have emerged in China. It is proved DG can be remedy for some weakness of large"traditional"power system. This paper dedicates for economy studies of DG. One of important DG application types is combined cooling, hot and power based on small sacle turbine/diesel engine generator. In Chapter II,after description of fossil drived DG's technical characteristic, a capacity/performance function model is established to simplify CCHP economical study. In Chapter III, compared with"traditional"distributed cooling, hot and power scheme, CCHP has been estimated in 3 different load type customers, as a result, we figured out in condition of comparative higher electricity price, rational hot/power rate, etc., CCHP based on small sacle turbine/diesel generator can bring benefits to customers. In Chapter IV, the conflict between customer invested DG and Electric Utility Distribution Company (DISCO) has been studied, we deduced DISCO's possible reaction which is negative to the utilization of DG if only the customer's profit is considered. Then a game model for analyzing strategic behavior is presented, the annul expenses based utility functions of both side are also deduced. In order to solve this conflict, based on the market clearing price (MCP), a profit partition mode is established. Applying this mode into a planning procedure of customer invested DG, We determine the profits of DG and DISCO by the MCP data in California. From the result, it is believed under certain condition, both sides achieve the respective maximum profit and the considerable benefit of DG is also brought to the whole society.
