| Research on CNC machine tools dynamics is the precondition of the CNC machine tool tends to high-speed, efficient and precise. However, mesh performance analysis of its main transmission gears is the basic work to research on CNC machine tools dynamics. Loaded tooth contact analysis of CNC machine tools main transmission aims to obtain the mesh stiffness, and research the dynamic character of the main transmission, all of these are the basic work of research on CNC machine tools dynamics.A method for loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) used in different types of gears has been proposed. This thesis uses the LTCA, taking into account of the effect of supporters, to analyze the gear tooth. The loaded tooth contact analysis of such parallel axes gear pair is performed in detail: first, analyze tooth contact problem without loaded, the result of this analysis is: the path of contact on surface and the gap of one pair tooth. Based on the result, we can get the mathematical model of tooth contact problem, the most important thing is to solve the mathematical model. In the end, the load shared on the surface and mesh stiffness could be gotten in the near-static. Though so many researches in LTCA have been done so far, there is such innovation in this thesis:â‘ Use the mesh principle to reduce the number of unknown parameters, which make it easier to solve the nonlinear equations;â‘¡Use algorithms of vector to get the dimensional gap; andâ‘¢Solve the problem of contact by increase the constant K step by step. Base on LTCA, the elastic deformation on loading can be captured, then to calculate the instantaneous mesh stiffness of one pair teeth. Last, suggest a new method to calculate the comprehensive mesh stiffness when all the teeth work synchronously.This thesis use the MTALAB program to develop the LTCA software, which contain the alternating input-box and out-put graph, make the software simple to use. In practicality, it is difficult to understand the mesh message, such as contact area,load share and mesh stiffness, but all of the message could be show with the graph which make it easy to understand. The LTCA software not only apply to the gear of CNC machine tools main transmission, but generally apply to other forms of parallel axes gearings. |
