The energy storage capability of the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC), which is a new generation of energy, is a hot research both in domestic and abroad. With the computer supervising technology developing, lots of these technologies have been used in the SOFC experiment process and most of them are single supervising software of the corollary equipment in this experiment. As the SOFC's developing requires the supervising technology more accurate, more and more electronic equipments are import in this process, and the needs of designing and developing a totally integrated supervising system is constantly increasing. The topic is proposed in this background.According to the requirements of the SOFC running process, through analyzing the equipment configuration in the field, the system is consisted of data communication module, data management module and the human-machine interaction module. Aim at the traits of the equipments configuration, the data communication module uses the object-oriented technology to design the module of each equipments, achieving the self- adaptation identification of equipment and dynamic adding device function, and solve the problems of communication failure. The data management module contains real-time database and history database. The optimization idea is applied to real-time database and history database. The data is classified into high frequency data and low frequency data by the dispatching frequency and is classified into high priority and low priority by the data urgency. The idea of data dynamic backup is used in history database to decrease the storage of resource and enhance the safety of the data. The human-machine interaction module show the data in various ways, has the same parameters setting style and the safe control platform. The system is designed in visual C ++ 6.0 environment and is a graphic supervising platform.The running result proves that the integrated supervising system is easy to operate and has the flexible interaction platform and various supervising and measurement ways. Meanwhile, the system solves the phenomenon of system halted. The collected data is complete and is convenient to search. Until now, the system has been running safely for four thousand hours and non halted occurred during these times. The project has been through the acceptance and is still used in the SOFC research field.
