Due to the environmental harm caused by the excessive consumption of solid clay bricks, a kind of traditional building material, the country has published the provision to confine the use of solid clay bricks, and urged to research and develop new type materials for building wall. So committee of masonry structure of china construction standardization association started to make masonry structure technical specification of autoclaved flyash-lime brick, in order to promote the utilization of autoclaved flyash-lime brick. In this paper, experimental study on bearing capacity of eccentric compression, bending tensile and expansion bolt in autoclaved flyash-lime brick. In test of eccentric compressive short columns, one-way eccentric and static loading method was used, the cracking load, failure load, strain distribution on sections was obtained,and the applicability of eccentric influence factor formula in code was verified; In test of bending tensile, the bending tensile strength was got and compared with code value by the way of three-point loading using distributive girder; In test of expansion bolt in autoclaved flyash-lime brick, the expansion bolts of TRIKA types of different diameter and different position were tested by the drawing device ,and the anchoring force was obtained, and the anchorage reliability was verified.Result of the test analysis shows:â‘ The failure load of autoclaved flyash-lime brick is gradually decreased with increased of eccentric moment. The failure load is decreased faster when e/y=0.2~0.4,and decreased more slowly when e/y=0.4~0.6. The distribution of section average strain accord with plane section assumption. This paper obtained the regression formula of eccentric influence factor through regressing test date.â‘¡The displacement of mid-span of specimens is very small before failing in bending without any omen, and belongs to brittle failure. The bending tensile strength along straight-lint joint relate to block types besides mortar strength and the mortar pin key in hole of porous brick is a favorable factor for bending tensile strength. The test value is higher normative value.â‘¢The maximum bolting force of expansion bolt of TRIKA types in hole of porous brick depends on mechanical bite forces between metallic screw and foxtail, and the maximum bolting force in hole rib , mortar joint and solid brick depends on frictional resistance between expansive foxtail and drilling hole wall. Experimental study indicate though anchorage strength of expansion bolt embedded in different position is vary ,but it can exceed the design value.
