Research And Application Of Informatization System Of Manufacturing Processes In NC Workshop In Mechanic Manufacturing Company Of Pan Steel

Along with the continuous seeping from the information technology and the network technology to traditional manufacturing industry, the needs of informatization in the manufacturing processes are strong increasingly. But information islands, especially in shop floor are limiting the development of manufacture enterprise, and cause manufacture enterprise not to respond quickly in the diverse markets. Through extending informationization from designal and management level of enterprises to workshop and making use of informatization system of manufacturing processes to commute information with both level will improve the level of production management and the capacity of production and manufacture. This paper researches on the development and application of the NC workshop informatization system of manufacturing processes in Mechanic Manufacturing Company of Pan Steel.Firstly, the paper analyses the features and facing problems of NC workshop manufacturing process and workshop production management, and the needs of the information in NC workshop. Through researching operation mode architecture in informatization system of manufacturing processes are set up.Secondly, based on researching informatization system of manufacturing processes architecture and operation mode of NC workshop, implements information communction based on network, paperless working and the remote transmission of NC program through embedded terminal.Finally, above research results are applied to the project of "Informatization System of Manufacturing Processes in NC Workshop of Mechanic Manufacturing Company of Pan Steel". Good application effects are achieved through informatization system of manufacturing processes implemented and applied in Mechanic Manufacturing Company of Pan Steel's NC workshop..
