With the rapid development of light rail traffic, maintenance work about light rail vehicle has already received increasing attentions by relevant departments. Straddle type monorail vehicle bogie separated equipment studied and designed in this paper is key maintenance device of light rail vehicle, specifically for straddle type monorail vehicle.The function of straddle type monorail vehicle bogie separated equipment is to achieve separation of vehicle and bogie, facilitated the operations of inflation or replacement. Through functional analysis and solving and scheme comparison in paper, researches the principle scheme and summarizes the necessary workflow of bogie separation. According to the workflow, associating the actual demand and taking into account the safety of equipment and relevant factors, designs the overall scheme of bogie separated equipment. The structure of fallout beam, level-maintained mechanism, elevating platform, slewing mechanism, inspection beam, elevating mechanism, platform positioning spigot mechanism, vehicle supporting mechanism and fallout beam positioning spigot mechanism are designed and checked mechanical properties for intensity.According to the requirements of performance and action in this paper, the hydraulic loop of elevating, slewing, supporting and positioning spigot are designed and associating systematic demand, then designed hydraulic drive system. In accordance with the features and logical relation of control system, selected the mode of electrical control system and determined the arrangement of sensor, then designed control system. Focus on mechanical analysis of elevating platform endured partial load in this paper, studied the causing reason and decision factors of its level error. On condition of meeting design requirements, optimized the mechanical structure to reducing the tilt degree of platform. Partial load causes different distance of two oil tanks elevating, thereby enables a greater tilt. From the aspects of hydraulic system and electrical system, provide improving scheme to ensure elevating mechanism movements in synchronism.Straddle type monorail vehicle bogie separated equipment studied and designed in this paper has satisfied the function requests, solves the actual problems during the building of light rail. It doesn't only give references to the design of such kind of device, but also provides preliminary solution scheme about the tilt of large-scale hydraulic lifting platform.
