At the operational level, from the three important aspects which is the procurement management, inventory management and vendor management, it analysis the logistics management operational processes of the Power Supply Bureau. In strategic mode level, it designed the plan which constructed the corporate logistics. And put forward the direction and focus to improve the program.Finally, in Chapter IV papers designed the Zunyi logistics management system from the logistics management application level. The system used in engineering practice, and the research methods which this paper provided was verified accurate, scientific and effective by actual effectiveness.
