Research On Modern Logistics Management Mode Of Power Grid Enterprises

According to the new requirements of the reform of state-owned enterprises on the development of logistics,combined with the administration of enterprise work according to law,the logistics management mode of the company will face a new round of reform.In this paper,the establishment of a new logistics support system is taken as the research purpose,and methods such as literature study,case study,questionnaire survey are adopted.Taking the research on modern logistics support mode as the core,this paper explores the management mode of modern logistics support from the relevant policies formulated by the central government and the current situation of logistics of the company as the starting point;from the Angle of large logistics research company logistics business function expansion system.The present situation and problems of logistics support,policies and regulations of logistics reform and development,core ideas of modern logistics,logistics management mechanism,logistics business system construction and other aspects of the company were studied.The research shows that the realization of modern logistics needs to build a management mode suitable for reform and development,and the construction of business expansion system must also be attached to the transformation and remodeling of business,and only by relying on the deepening use of information technology,it is more conducive to the construction of modern logistics intelligent technology system.The company’s logistics should follow the principle of "centering on the center,serving the overall situation,and ensuring the development of power grid,the company’s development and the needs of employees",highlight the development guidance and requirements of "integration,intensification,specialization and intelligentization,and deeply understand the core idea of building modern logistics.In the current new era,it is the key to build a modern logistics business development system to promote the transformation and remodeling of logistics business from the perspective of the whole business and the whole company,The company project management,resource management,public transport property management shall be unified modern logistics business development direction,provide one-stop service for the development of the employees and the company.
