Computer Realization Of GIS-based Urban Public Service Facilities Planning Analysis Model

A prominent problem faced by cities in the development process in the performance of the contradiction between supply and demand of public service facilities become increasingly prominent, people eagerly hope that applying new theory and technology to improve the existing planning mechanism of public service facilities , reform the planning technology and system of the public service facilities, expand and improve the existing planning theory and methods of public service facilities in order to achieve the public service facilities in a scientific and reasonable planning. In recent years, with the continuous development of GIS technology, application of Geographic Information System in the field of urban planning in China has been constantly deepened, integrating GIS technology and public service facilities planning analysis model will be an inevitable trend and research hotspot.In this paper, a systematic scientific theory as a guide, multi-disciplinary knowledge has been synthetically used, system engineering theory and method has been applied, the structure design and function design of public service facilities planning analysis system have been implemented through analysis of the purpose and content of achievement of system, the methods and technology of development, and the choice of development model and the necessary technology.Introduction of the topic adequately expatiates the background and significance of subject, this chapter confirms problem to be solved by paper and its direction. The second chapter introduces the computer technology basis of public service facilities planning system-geographic information systems and the theoretical basis-professional planning model. This chapter intoduces the characteristics and spatial analysis functions of GIS, the main principles of models that are used in this paper have been expatiated, including the mathematical analysis methods of overall planning, zoning planning, as well as the detailed planning stages. The third chapter is mainly on overall design of urban public service facilities planning system, including the choice of the development mode, the system function design and data organization and selection and so on. The fourth chapter expatiates the concrete realization of the public service facilities planning system. This chapter introduces the realization code of GIS basic function, including data entry, data and graphics output, and standard GIS tools, realization of professional models, as well as the basic tecnology related. The fifth chapter initially show the application of planning analysis by using the system through examples. The sixth chapter summarizes and proposes further research assumption for the public service facilities planning system.We hope that this study could advance the development of GIS in the field.
