Research On Public Participation In The Community Public Service Facilities Planning In The Case Of Yuetan Street Communinty

Through studying the public participation in public service facilities planning of domestic and foreign community in present situation, this paper made the successful experiences (residents as participating subject, diversiform participation way, consummate organization) in the Yuetan streets of community planning.In the first chapter , the paper discussed the purpose of public participation in the community public service facilities planning, and made the related concept and differentiates to interprete and classificate.In the second chapter , the paper researched the origin and related theory research of public participation in the community public service facilities. And through the cases study, the paper analysed the features of domestic and international public participation in the community public service facilities planning. By comparison, finding out the deficiency of public participation in our country.In the third chapter ,the paper basically introduced the preliminary planning stage of public participation in Yuetan community service facilities planning, including determining the research methods, public participation in the role, and communicating government and subdistrict office, as well as doing some preparation for a questionnaire survey, group interview.In the fourth chapter, the paper launched questionnaire investigation, group interview, site investigation work,basing on prophase planning phase preparations.In the fifth chapter ,the paper will made collection of public opinion in present situation investigation phase to combine with the current research results, applying to the planning scheme of planning,through the analysis.In the last chapter ,the paper summarized,and made some advice for public participation in community public service facilities planning in the future.
