Abstract:The research on the standards on public service facilities for town planning has only been made preliminarily in a few places in China. No complete indicator system on public service facilities has been used for town planning. So we need to have the pointed standards to guide the allocation of public service facilities in town planning.The technique method is the empirical study on town planning and selection of the relate methods of facilities standards. By integrating the theories and practices, this paper investigate the establish strategies and methods, and hope to provide some source of reference.The six chapters are about:Introduction including the research background, global research summary and the research range and framework.The foundation of the public service standard system, mainly basing on the global theory and practice, the related regulations on different scale and the other factors.This paper gave the foundation, principle strategies and specific methods.Study on the locate standards on public service facilities.
