The thesis is derived from National-Defense science and technology helicopter rotor kinetic lab of NUAA. This paper studies the design and realization of the rotor model servo system, which is a subsystem of the tiltrotor model bench project.The paper firstly generalizes the concept and character of tiltrotor vehicle, and introduces the application and developing trend, then studies the structure and function of the bench. According to the technical indicators, an electro-motion scheme of the servo control system is designed. It replaces the electro-hydraulic servo system and overcomes the shortcomings of the electro hydraulic servo system.The servo control system is directly drived by three Permanent magnet linear synchronous motors (PMLSM). The paper analyzes the work function, structure, work state and control theory of the linear motor. A kind of self-turning fuzzy PID controller is proposed to promote the traditional PID controller and to be applied to position control of the servo system in tiltrotor model bench. By studying the manual and rebuilding of the servo controller, the rotor model operation which used to drive rotor for the collective pitch control and the cyclic pitch control on the tiltrotor model bench is achieved.Finally, the test control software is designed using C++ language. This program can realize these functions: system self-check, system initialization, rotor pitch control, display and save of transform matrix, document print, etc. the test and experimentation of the servo control system is also introduced at last.
