Integrated urban passenger transport terminal(IUPTT) is the cross point of the various transport modes,and the place for the travelers to gather,disperse and transfer,so it is the key part of the urban passenger tansport system. It links up a variety of transport modes to ensure that residents can transfer conveniently as well as their respective regional passenger transport network can work efficientlly. However, in actual operations, IUPTT is not satisfactory enough. The transfer passenger is often detained in the inside of the terminal,it also takes a long time to walk long distances which leads to inconvenient transfer and low efficiency. For this purpose, the main body of this article takes the transfer efficiency problem of IUPTT which is served for the urban transport system,and then takes systematic concept as governing principle to analyse the cause and resolve a countermeasure . The main corresponding content as follows:(1) This article first integrated IUPTT for an overview of relevant content, including the function and classification, as well as integrated into the meaning of efficiency defined on the basis of the overview.(2) Considered IUPPT with the external and internal environment ,carry out all-round meticulous analysis on the causes which lead to inconvenient transfer and low efficiency. Go deep into the microcosmic factor which is less studied in the past, such as the phenomenon of the buses queque and the ability of various transport modes does't match to each other. Then,select and use the appropriate mathematics model to calculation the weight distribution of the causes in order to obtain the main factors.(3) The efficiency of transfer is a typical fuzzy concept, so this article selects the appropriate fuzzy math theory and endicators to evaluate.(4) Put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the main factors. Particularly for phenomenon of buses queue of the tansport terminal outside organization. This article chooses the method of two bays of the bus stop design and then calculate out the suitable number of bus lines.Another,it chooses the reasonable calculation method to solve the none matched phenomenon. The former makes a useful discussion for the micro-issues of IUPTT, thereby comparatively all-round body solving a problem, and the latter in the settlement of the train of thought opens a new path and intuoduces a reverse mode of thinking to solve the none matched phenomenon.
