The shipyard layout is defined as the pivotal basal design item, the whole process or product line is from the steel materials, the facilities entering the factory to the final production-ships launched into water, including materials, personnel, the equipments space positions etc, according to the request of the production mode, reasonable arrangement combines with main factor effectively. Whether the shipyard layout is reasonable or not, not only influence shipyard and can carry out a modernization of shipbuilding mode directly, but also influence increasing the efficiency of it's produce, and reducing the production cost.This thesis elaborated the concept of the modern shipbuilding mode, the production process of the ships manufacturing business enterprise, and a few examples of typical layout model of the modernization shipyard. With the unique valuation method of the Operations research and the Fuzzy mathematics, this thesis establishing a multi-objectives and multi-elements mathematic model of the layout of a shipyard with the modernized manufactureing mode. Considering the efficiency of the material flow, the rationality of the path inside the factory cross, and wether it canbe according with the modernization the shipbuilding produce mode, this thesis got a analysis of getting the main evaluation index in the shipyard the layout the rationality. In order to optimazing the industry organizes structure, integrating industrial infrastructures, and increasing produce efficiency, reducing a repeated labor and to make use of resources reasonable, this thesis try to find out the bottleneck in the layout plan, and attempt to do some amelioration.
