Study On Harmonics Problem Of Timing Control System Of The Single-Phase Series Motor With A Commutator

Single-phase series motors are widely used in many fields, for example, in power tools, home appliances and vacuum because of their high starting torque, high speed and small volume. But the harmonic current has more and more influence on circumstance due to its high speed and high current. Study on the suppression of harmonic will be important to both the rated theory and applications in engineering. In this dissertation, the harmonic problem of single-phase serried motor is investigated.First two kinds of voltage and speed regulation control strategy of Single-phase series motor is analyzed. In different kind of load circuitry, academic analysis on phase-shifted control and on-off control has been done strictly. Various harmonic is calculated and analyzed by fast Fourier transform to guide the design of AC voltage regulation control system.Secondly, an AC voltage regulation control system is designed based on P89LPC901 single chip. Through defend design of software, phase-shifted control and on-off control of Single-phase series motor can be implemented in a same hardware. The whole system include control signal input circuitry, synchronization detection circuitry, power supply circuitry and thyristor drive circuitry. Adjusting the rheostat to control the conduction of reversible thyristor and to implement the rev control of motor.According to the conclusion of academic analysis, a simulation model of AC voltage regulation circuitry is constituted based on Matlab/Simulink software. The academic analysis is validated by the simulation. Finally, correlative experiment is done to validate the conclusion of simulation. The work of this paper is make for depress the harmonic current of Single-phase series motor.
