The author analyzed the mutual influence relations of human, machine and environment using the psychology and ergonomics, according as the experimentation, had the deep research to the characteristic of the effective and humanity system of human-machine-environment. This is the ergonomics research hot spot.The thesis analyzed the character of the system of the human-machine-environment and every subsystems, according as the analysis, established comprehensive system modeling of human-machine-environment, Then, set up the experimental platform of the system of human-machine-environment, Through orthogonal experimentation, tested system mistake number of times, and observed the system's efficiency under the different combined factors.Based on tentative data, the author built the BP neural network modeling about the system of the human-machine-environment,and carried on the training with the MATLAB, we can obtain the misalignment relations between system efficiency and system factors , at last, confirmed the BP network through the examples.The BP neural network modeling about the system of the human-machine-environment could reduce the examination for the future,for instance,importing the factors of one system of the human-machine-environment, system mistake number of times could be output, whith could be used for weighting system's efficiency. Therefore, we can establish the effective system of the human-machine-environment, and provide the important basis for the related design and selecting the operators.
