A Study On Technology Of Enclose WallPlate System In Steel Structure Residential Building

With the aspects of the favorable factors, such as national policy, steel production, component manufacturing, design research and development, etc. China's steel structure residential building construction has entered a new period of development. But, the main problem restraining the development of residential construction, is in the lack of research of enclose System matching the structure system. As the important component of enclosure system, the steel wall materials reform and construction technology is crucial. Residential projects increasely use the composite wallplates, but it has many technical problems to be solved in the course. So, this thesis makes construction technology of compoiste wallplate in steel structure residential building as research subjects, makes system study from on-site inspection, theoretical analysis and demonstration projects, etc, to solve these problems can be helped.This thesis is divided into four parts. Firstly, according to the development of composite wallplate in the board and home, combining with the field investigation, it systematically introduces several composite wall types used, features and application in steel structure residential building, so as to facilitate targeted the construction techniques of composite wallplate in the next step. Secondly, basis on the residential investigation on Ji'nan, Laiwu, etc. it analyzes deeply the current domestic steel wall design and construction, and the causes of the existing problems, and raises some countermeasures and proposed solutions. Thirdly, from the structure of composite wallplate pronged, abided by wallplate installation procedures, it analyzes and studys the link construction of composite wallplate, including link construction between composite wall and steel structure, link construction between composite wall and doors or windows, and the installation of pipeline on composite wallplate, etc. and some construction techniques and design methods steel composite wallplate are raised.This thesis studies emphatically on the construction technology of composite wallplate in steel structure residential building, combining with engineering practice application, to improve the functional use of wallplate and improve the energy-saving effect of enclose system, to develop positively and promote widely application of new wall materials , such as composite wallplate. Thus, to promote and develop of steel structure residential building in China, so as to contribute to housing industrialization in China.
