Research On The Anti-terroristic Technology And Strategy Of Chinese Subway Engineering Structure

In modern society, the existence and sharply growing of terrorism accidents have threatened the social safety seriously, and also the safety and the development of our country seriously. Due to its particularity, Subway system has become an important target for terrorist attacks. To enhance government's ability to deal with such emergency in subway, this paper firstly formulates the guide and the strategy to establish the emergency plan for antiterrorism in subway by the study of each city's practical situation of subway system in China and the case study of typical terrorism accidents, this paper has such a view as the concept of antiterrorism should be paid much attention to the process of designing, constructing, operating and managing our country's subway project. In order to avoid the potential emergency in subway, this paper gives a series of technical methods, such as putting forward prevention and control requirements, principles and rescue plan to different levels of attacks and sabotages; giving several design patterns of metro to prevent harms; improve the fundamental aspects that the existing Metro Design Specifications can not comprehend or touch; studying from the terrorism attacks'modes and characteristics, then finally forming an operable antiterrorism system and an antiterrorist organization which trains regularly. Considering the practical situation of the construction and operation of subways in Tianjin, this design gives the way against terrorism accidents under the following three situations, explosion, poison gas and hijack.This article brings forward the principle of subway antiterrorism: combine technology with strategy, make overall plans and take all factors into consideration, and make a full preparation, such as strategic planning, tactical ways, personnel training, cooperation and so on.
