Into the 21st century,Energy conservation gradually become a long range but urgent strategic mission of our country .As the standard of energy conservation appearing in the whole nation, the energy conservation measure in architectural design is perfecting step by step.Because of the functional requirement in light and ventilation of the windows that made it become the most difficult problem of buiding in energy conservation but alse the problem need study carefully.The relevant data demonstrates that because of the characteristic of the windows ,It is the worst labor function location in building, aboat 4-times more than the wall,, 20 times more than present representative ,5 times more than the, roof ,,aboat 40%~50% of the building hedges structure energy consumption .Therefore, strengthen the windows heat insulation function, cutting down the windows energy consumption is very important.In order to study the issue of energy-saving windows systematically ,This paper first introduced the status of China and abroad and the hot-summer and cold-winter in energy-saving, as well as hot summer and cold winter in indoor thermal environment and energy consumption characteristics, study the hot summer and cold winter in the window of energy-saving technical background and policy background, summed up the past several decades Energy-saving windows at home and abroad as well as the development of energy-saving windows developed by the results achieved through the field survey summed up the hot summer and cold winter in the windows existing problems, of which the most important issue is the poor performance of thermal windows.Second,to solve the problem of poor thermal properties, This paper start from the principles with windows on the heat transfer process and a consumption windows, listed the major component of the method of calculation of the window insulation principle, with the formula for calculating the energy consumption of windows and window Insulation principle, the energy-saving windows of the way.Thirdly,Analysis of the impact of factors of the hot-summer and cold-winter windows,such as energy-saving building towards windows than walls, ventilation windows, window shade, the air tightness of the windows, against the impact of factors were proposed to reduce the hot summer and cold winter in the windows energy consumption Approach.
