In recent years,with the advancement of rural revitalization strategy,rural tourism has developed rapidly.On the one hand,the process of urbanization has led to the continuous migration of rural population to cities,resulting in a large number of vacant rural houses;On the other hand,the increase in the income of urban residents,the change in consumption concepts and the yearning for "idyllic" have promoted the demand for rural vacation products.Using rural vacant houses to transform into homestays is a good choice,and it also provides strong support for rural revitalization.For these renovated homestays,the original structure does not change,if the building’s own thermal insulation performance is insufficient,it will increase a lot of energy consumption for summer cooling and winter heating.Therefore,it is necessary to promote the energy-saving renovation of country house buildings.This paper collects the transformation methods of country houses suitable for areas with cold winter and hot summer,combined with the case of Sanbao Village in Jingdezhen,and verifies the feasibility of the transformation technology through field research and software simulation.In order to reduce the energy consumption of country house buildings under the premise of economic reasonableness,and provide a certain reference for the energysaving renovation of country house buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas in the future.Firstly,the village background,geographical location,climatic characteristics and cultural customs of Sanbao Village in Jingdezhen,located in the hot summer and cold winter areas,were collected.Through the field research and questionnaire survey of Sanbao Village,we can understand the current architectural characteristics of Sanbao Village and the current status of country house buildings;In addition,local representative homestay buildings were selected to monitor the thermal environment of indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity,and the current problems of representative homestays were analyzed.Secondly,it organizes and summarizes the norms and standards for the design,operation and energy-saving renovation of country houses;The energy-saving transformation strategies suitable for Sanbao Village were summarized.From the aspects of external environment,building space,building size,thermal insulation and new energy of the outer structure,suitable local energy-saving transformation methods are proposed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in representative homestays,the energysaving transformation design demonstration is carried out on the premise of meeting the energy-saving standards.Select suitable tree species for the external environment of the building to reduce the area exposed to sunlight in summer;Select economical insulation materials and calculate the thickness of insulation materials for roofs and exterior windows in the envelope structure that meet the limit value of heat transfer coefficient K required in the energy-saving standard;Optimize the ratio of windows to walls in the west wall of the homestay.With the help of De ST energy consumption simulation software,the energy efficiency of each envelope renovation is calculated and the retrofit plan is determined.
