Automatic transmission is a very important vehicle configuration, the control of the car, comfort and fuel economy-type plays a very important role, and its automobile manufacturing costs accounted for 7%. And transmission technology has become the development trend of the hot spots of concern.China's automobile industry has grown in strength and situation, the development of computer, sensors, meters and other technologies of the automobile automatic transmission test system has high practical significance and of great economic value. Important as a motor drive transmission parts, and its direct impact on the performance of the entire vehicle quality problems, the transmission link performance monitoring is essential. Usually car and changing working environment, to ensure that the vehicle electronic control system in the weather, mechanical, electrical performance and reliable under all conditions, such as work, the need for the product after the completion of the initial development of a variety of environmental reliability testing.At present, foreign-related test equipment is characterized by the largest, along with micro-electronic technology, computer technology and the rapid development of network technology and its application in the field of electronic measurement technology application, showing a digital, intelligent and display graphics. Therefore the development of more advanced testing tools, interactive graphics and better performance of the test system has become a hot research scholars. Variable-speed transmission for the current domestic institutions and foreign test equipment is still relatively backward compared to test the tool also can not completely meet the requirements of the status quo. Mainly reflected in:1, the test system is relatively weak, the test level is not high, but mainly in the traditional "hard" the Department of the main instruments; 2, the testing means backward, unable to meet certain indicators of detection;3, testing is inefficient and can not meet the needs of actual production.Part of domestic manufacturers and research institutes has been the beginning of the variable-speed transmission organizations to develop the process of testing the system, and have achieved some results. However, due to lack of technology, developed test-bed technology, a low degree of automation, determination of some of the items can only be manually operated, low accuracy, and less tested. Therefore, the development of an automated test system for hardware failure of AMT TCU test has an important significance. This work, in accordance with the FAW Group raised the demand for technology centers, research and development laboratory for the "automatic gearbox bus test system." Facilitate the development of staff on a variety of TCU hardware test environment.In this paper, developed by Airbus test automatic transmission system is designed to meet the modern needs of transmission testing system, to the traditional "hard" equipment-based means test to a graphics-oriented software testing platform for the evolution of virtual test instruments, thereby further Test instruments and equipment to enhance the intelligent, modular, digital and networking functions. The system for testing the performance of automatic transmission provides a powerful tool.In this paper, the design of the passenger car automatic transmission testing system as the core STM32F103, TCU will provide a variety of test signals (including the input signal, output load, CAN communications, power supply).
