Study On Spatial Structure Adjustment And Optimizing Countermeasures In Changchun City

The city is a multi-factor polymerization product comprised by society, economy, politics and culture and so on. With the rapid development of the global economy, the urban spatial structure has also had corresponding changes. As to cities of different level in the socio-economic development, the manifesting form of urban spatial structure can be differ in thousands ways. As an organism, the city just like the human beings that has its young stage, the growth period, the stabilization period and the senescence phase, and the cities which in different developing period also has obvious difference in its regional spatial structure. Changchun city is now in the fast development period of urbanization, it is necessary to carry out the study of its urban spatial structure, grasp the regulation and optimized information of urban spatial structure promptly, and seize the evolution tendency of its spatial structure, which has significant practical meaning on the urban planning, the urban construction, the management and the decision-making.This article utilizes related theories of subjects like urban geography, economic geography, urban and regional planning and so on, takes the old industrial base of Northeast, one of the super large city-----Changchun City as the example, basing on analyzing the history variation process of Changchun City's urban spatial structure and its influence factor, discusses the characteristic of the urban spatial structure of Changchun city and the current problems, determines the optimized adjustment goal of urban spatial structure in Changchun city, and proposes the optimization adjustment strategies. The article is divided into four parts, main contents are as follows:In the first part, briefly introduces the foreign urban spatial structure theory and the patterns, among the numerous theory schools of thought, Burgis's concentric circle theory, Hoyt's sector theory, Harris and Uhlmann's multiple-core theory are in the most representation position; besides, carries out thorough and careful analysis on the research process of the theory concerning urban spatial structure in our country and its history variation process so as to provide theory basis for further research.In the second part, the author divides the formation of urban spatial structure of Changchun City into six different phases, analyzes the history variation process of urban spatial structure of Changchun City comprehensively, and summarizes the factors influencing urban spatial structure of Changchun City, in which includes economic factor, transportation factor, natural factor, ecological factor, land value factor, resources factor and policy system.In the third part, through deep research into the characteristics of urban spatial structure of Changchun City, summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of urban spatial structure of Changchun City, and gives the preliminary judgment to the variation tendency of urban spatial structure of Changchun City.In the fourth part, in view of the present situation, the existing main problems and the variation tendency of development of spatial structure in Changchun City, discusses the adjustment way and the optimized measure of spatial structure in Changchun City, then propose the countermeasure for planning the spatial structure of Changchun City.
