| Electric power industry is one of the most consumptive industries. The start-up of large-scale boilers in thermal power plant and stable combustion at low load will cost much fuel oils (diesel oil or heavy oil).Along with the increase of electric power plant capacity,the peak-vallay difference of electrical network increase day and day,a lot of thermoelectricity units with large capacity have to take part in changing the loads and to startup-half for adjusting the peak output, which caused a large increase of oils for ignition and combustion supporting. So development and generalization of a fuel-saving igniting technology is very important. Tiny-oil ignition is a safety ,dependable,economical technology in ignition.Tiny-oil igniting system is composed of the system of tiny-oil combustion-chamber and oil-gun,the systemof ignition and stable combustion device, the pressed air system, the improving fuel system,the wall temperater detective system, the flame detective system,ect.Putting some oil-guns with different mechanics (Pressed Atomizer,Air-blast Atomizer, Steam Atomizer)and specifications to test,author did some reaseach on how the air-pressure and oil-pressure impact the automization ,how they effect the oil-frog's flow field, ande how they effect the oil's stable combustion.Besides,the difficulties in heavy oil ignition are also approached.After all the reaserch, a tiny-oil ignition system was succusseful deviced and work well in a thermal power plant. |
