In recent years, the quantity and the complexity of the architectural equipment have risen apparently, and emergencies of the architecture make human beings shouldn't treat them lightly. Especially that the event"9.11"has put forward a keen and realistic subject to the government and the related technician of different countries: whether the managerial system of permanent intellective architecture can deal with the emergencies or not? To be specific, after the incidence of kinds of emergencies, how would the equipments in the architecture response? How to evacuate the crowed? How to decrease the number of the death and the wounded, the loss of property utmost? All of these above drive us to take a detailed analysis of the emergencies in architecture, including its sorts, indication, rules of decision-making and the best motored strategy..Intelligent Building is a combination of Architecture Technology and IT technology . it establish a safe, efficient, energy-saving, comfortable, environmentally friendly and convenient environment for the people, Safety is the first element with which the people can have a secure environment for performing their role in the architecture, This paper will first of all give a definition of intelligent building emergency, and Then analyzes the kind of emergencies in the architectural and give the corresponding responses. discovering the relationship between the architecture emergencies strategy.For Decision Making strategy of architecture emergencies, This paper use CBR (Case-Based Reasoning) and RBR (Rule-Based Reasoning) Methods , combines together with the Advantage of the two, Then give the process of the emergency Strategy based on the CBR and RBR. the core of CBR technology is the case presentation and the retrieval efficiency, the core of RBR technology is the organizational structure of the knowledge base and the rule presentation. This paper Stressed discusses the construction of the emergency base, emergency decision-making rules.According to the habit of people thinking, in describing an emergency, at first it always reminds me of the features of it, based on this Method,this paper proposed to establish a phenomenon base of the emergency, and make the phenomena as the index for emergency cases .then introduce cosine for similar vector calculation. The purpose of building the knowledge base and decision-making rules is for the case when there is no match. so apply "if conditions then action" as the Rules to get the emergency strategy.the quantity and quality of base have the relationship with the retrieval efficiency ,so in Chapter VI of this paper i give some typical cases. then, use Two typical cases demonstrate the solving process of architecture emergencies. fully demonstrated the technology of the combination of CBR and RBR in building emergency strategy.
