Electric energy is the most important energy. Its application has caused great changes in the production technology. In the modern society electric energy has been applied to the various fields of the society production and the subsistence. Watt~hour meter is the important means of energy measurement and economic accounts. Its nicety directly relates the economy benefit of the Country and the users.Checking electric energy meter is to carry on the examination on the kilowatt~hour meter to make sure that it operates well in the electric energy consuming point, and it is one of the most important works for the electric energy measurement department. The checking manner in the past was in manual, so it must to be reformed toward the direction of automation and standardization with tremendous strides on communicating and information managing technique.This thesis presents the development of the virtual checking equipment with the accuracy up to high for the three phase electric energy meter. The parts of the MCU control, communicating with PC, power resource and upper monitor have mainly been focused, also the detailed discussion and designation are also given.The thesis develops the hardware and corresponding software of the three phase electric energy checking equipment, analyzes the function of the three phase electric energy meter, executes the feasibility study, and designs the interface circuits. The core of the designation is the SCM W78E58. The new~style specific chip ATT7022B for electric energy measurement has been used in the designation of the interface circuit, and the characteristic of the chip has been presented. Also taking that as the basic, the strategy how to adjust the error using software has been formed.The upper monitor has been applied to revise the system linearity when the system is stable, so the accuracy of the system improved. |
