Ship maintenance is a wide-ranging industry, involving extensive and complex technology.With the increasing development of national economy, science and technology,the status and role of ship maintenance are becoming increasingly important. Specially, the maintenance and guarantee of the warship equipments have become a very important part of the troops fighting power and their roles are as important as the combat capability of the equipments themselves with the increase in complexity and technique of the warship equipments.Therefore, it is urgently important that improving and perfecting the existing maintenance systems, evaluating the existing support resources in the maintenance capability scientifically and accurately, making a reasonable maintenance optimal plan, and improving our service level in equipment maintenance and system performance.From the warship maintenance and guarantee present condition and the development trend, combined with practice, the thesis conducts more thorough studies for the maintenance and guarantee work and the contents of effectiveness evaluation. This thesis employs analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and the experts investigation together to carry on an evaluation of the warship equipment guarantee system. A fairly comprehensive,reasonable and efficient evaluation index system and assessment model are established in the study. The model is simple and easy to operate, and it is convenient to expand and to adjust the index system and the weight according to the actual situation. The studies done have some reference values for the building of warship equipment maintenance system.For the maintenance decision of the warship production process, the thesis selects the most two typical decision problems --the maintenance plan and work ordering to build up their optimization models. In the modeling process, the representation and the generalization of the models are fully considered. In the solution process, genetic algorithm (GA) is employed to solve for the optimal scheme and the code based on MATLAB is developed. In the analysis, the optimal preservation strategy and population migration technology are used to improve the solving efficiency of the genetic algorithm. The proposed optimal models and solution strategies used may have some references for similar engineering problems.
