The electromotor which is now an important part of Electrical Towage Systems holds the balance in National Economic. It can be used in every walk of life and is the important guarantee of industry, agriculture, construct of national defence and the people's livelihood. So it is very important to assure the electromotor run natural,and the motor protector is crucial.The keystone of the system is to gather and analyse the voltage and the current of the electromotor, then the status of the motor can be got and then it can help to protect electromotor. The hardware adopts ARM and MCU as double CPU configuration. It uses the ARM processor LPC2292 made in Philips Company as control kernel to realize the protection, measure and communication function. Besides, using the P89C668H SCM to complete the man-machine interface. The software design is based on the embedded RTOSμC/OS-Ⅱ. After introducing some basic concept ofμC/OS-Ⅱ, the paper emphasizes its naturalization to LPC2292. And then, the software part presents the protect configuration and arithmetic, moreover, it introduces the task partition and the design of the application in detail.The debugging of the designed system has been finished in local and gained satisfied results. The motor protector should be more accuracy and perfect, so the designed system need more betterments...
