Studies And Practices On Cost Control Of Project Construction

With the thorough system reform of Construction Project Management, the organization structure and production pattern have changed deeply in construction company. Construction Project management have become the core content in production management. System of project manager responsibility and cost accounting applied extensively. The standard of project management has turned into the prime factor with company's survival and development.Our country construction is developing into the advance management standard with high speed from Work on Project Law to System Construction Project Management . These have fully proved that construction is not the simple labor industry. Construction must survive with rational resource arrangement, improving work method, effective cost control and profit maximum.This thesis retraces the cost control system which is the critical point in cost management. I have used the system point of view to analyze the faction of schedule control, quality control and contract control. The use of systems engineering point of view, a comprehensive analysis of the project management in the time control, quality control, contract management on the impact of cost management constraints, and the establishment of the project cost control optimal model. Combining the effective practical exercise of cost management in the Wenzhou Renzhaiqian construction of CSCEC One Croup Company Ltd., I illustrated the important faction of successful project cost management.It is true that there are still many problems in project cost management which can be studied from different ways and means. I studied the reforming construction from a new point of view. I hope this thesis provide a useful reference method for the improvement of construction.
