Development And Research Of Mixing System In The Field Of Concrete Mix Truck

The article introduced the special devices of concrete mixer vehicles'upper parts, generally discussed its structure and buildup theory, in actual experiences mainly researched the PTO,Hydraulic system,Reducer and Mixing rollers and etc .Using the relative data of actual case firstly testified equation about the relation of mixer volume and roller drive torque, then gained a relation of real working and max torque, that provided a lot of experience for reducer design and hydraulic parts selection. In the aspect of central parameters'mating of all hydraulic parts, we did the detailed calculation and checkout, including giving reasonable selection for hydraulic parts by relative parameters, designing hydraulic system rationally. By making a debate and analysis for the constant-speed control principle and scheme of roller, confirmed the real constant-speed control scheme of roller. At the point of design and development of reducer, discussed how to choose the central parameters, we did the finite element analysis for the key parts, brought forward experiment scheme, measuring the experiment data and setting up the mathematic model; at the same time, deeply researched the structure of mixer roller and blade, established the relative simulation calculation methods, in the circumstance of working, it powerfully proved that the blade had a wonderful performance in the process of feed, out feed and mixing.
