Small volume mixers are widely used in tunnel construction and new rural construction, speed reducer is one of the key components of the mixers, have the effect of stirring, support the mixing drum. The secondary closed planetary gear train speed reducer used in truck mixer is rare, mixing motor reducer mainly rely on imports in domestic and inconvenience to maintenance, in order to promote the localization of the product, at the request of xx company research and development of the type of speed reducer design.This paper first analyzes the structure and working principle of mixing motor reducer, completes the transmission scheme design of gear train, mainly includes the distribution of the closed planetary gear train transmission ratio, the determination of gear modulus, tooth number. Calculated the transmission efficiency of the design of the reducer, even load of the method is a brief introduction. Secondly, to improve the speed reducer of the tilting mechanism, self-aligning bearing is analyzed and the arc-tooth swing,swing output flanges, by damping block the advantages and disadvantages of the three most commonly used tilting mechanism. And puts forward three kinds of speed reducer tilting mechanism, these organizations can realize the request of swing, according to the condition we select more reasonable structure by the ball swing. This structure can realize the motion of the whole week, and swing Angle can be adjust by the thickness of the damping piece, realized according to the design requirements of the motion of the Angle in any direction. At the same time reduce the weight of the gearbox, reduces the cost, simple structure, is not easy to wear, easy to manufacture and maintenance is convenient. Again, analyses the reducer under static load and dynamic load stress distribution, sharp turn from mixers, emergency braking, bumpy road working condition of three kinds of speed reducer is analyzed by dynamic load. The end of this article, using the 3 d plugin completed the angular deflection of gear precision parameterized modeling, using SolidWorks finished modeling for the rest of the non standard parts, finished assembly. By means of ANSYS Workbench module on the bending fatigue strength of gear and gear tooth surface contact strength finite element analysis, by analyzing the stress and strain contours, the module of gear, the selection of parameters, such as displacement coefficient is meet the requirements of working condition, the bending fatigue strength and contact fatigue strength are meet the requirements. And finite element analysis was carried out on the output flange, it is concluded that the output flange, respectively, in turn, brake, bumpy road, the stress and strain under three kinds of working conditions. The results meet the requirements of working condition.In addition, the working condition of the potential error calculation and finite element analysis, the strength of the parts need to further test in the practical application. The design of the reducer need optimization design according to the actual working situation, further reduce the weight and volume of the gearbox, reduce the manufacturing cost.
