In the research and development of national economy, Data acquisition and signal analysis becomes more and more important. It can truthfully recorded various sensors and pick up signals from all kinds of useful information. Based on Virtual Instrument Data Acquisition and Analysis System is more of their superiority, it features a powerful, through different design procedures can be achieved completely different from the various measuring instruments function; it also can be changed easily, at any time and in accordance with the actual situation by testing functions, user can improve the design goal of the program. It also has many features such as simple operation, high accuracy of measurement and control. Based on the need of actual works, the paper has been developed an Engineering Data Acquisition and Analysis System which based on the Virtual Instrument. My main works in this thesis are listed as follows:1. A 16-channel,USB Universal Data Acquisition and Analysis System is designed, which can be used for structural analysis of pulsation and vibration,pulsation analysis,the health of the dam diagnosis and floors,blasting experiment,the effects of vibration on the environment.2. This paper proposes using multiple correlation analysis to analyze shear wave velocity. And based on this principle, developed a venue velocity measurement and automatic analysis system which can be used for various venues wave velocity measurements.3. This paper based on QY angle instrument, developed a system to the measurement and analysis of the static deflection and dynamic deflection of bridge, which has been invested in the actual application.4. This paper automatically extracted the frequency signal of the output signal of the vibration table to remove the noise which arose from the non-linear of vibration calibration system. At the same time, this paper presents a partial thinning Fourier transform technique and the use of a database to manage the results of vibration equipment calibration, and designed a digital calibration software and the date acquisition, enabling the XS-small ultra-low frequency vibration table calibrate digitally.
