Vibration is one of the popular problems of mechanical equipment. With the developmentof industry technology, machines should have the advantages of little vibration and low noise,and their structures would also have the anti-vibration ability, so it is necessary to analyze thevibration parameters of the mechanical structures to improve the anti-vibration ability. Itneeds to measure the intensity, the spectrum and the dynamic response of the vibration so asto know about the vibration status and to find out the source of vibration, then take thereasonable measures of vibration damping.The system for the simply supported beam for vibration model is given by the analysis ofthe experiment. First of all, theoretical calculation of the system model is given, and obtainthe first three natural frequencies of the simply supported beam. We developed the vibrationmeasurement and real-time analysis system.The design of vibration testing system consists of three parts: sensor, data acquisitionboard and personal computer. The sensor is piezoelectric acceleration sensor, which has thetwo-wire system and signal output in DC4-20mA. The data acquisition board is based on32bit ARM cortex-M3MCU STM32F103, including signal processing, AD sampling, signaltransmission unit and so on. The software designing of PC is based on the LabVIEW softwareplatform of virtual instrument with the visual programming method, which is produced byU.S.A. NI Company, combined with the NI-VISA node and the standard USB2.0protocol,with the data acquisition board through USB communication, vibration measurement andreal-time analysis system on STM32is developed.After the current signal which is output by sensor is converted from current to voltage,the data is coped with magnification steps by instrumentation amplifier AD620, after that, theAD sampling of microprocessor makes the data through USB bus to be analyzed in PCenvironment. In the thesis, the vibration measurement of simply supported beam is given, andthe developed system is applied to analyze the vibration data of simply supported beam, andmake a display of its time domain and frequency domain, and obtain the first three ordernatural frequencies.
