Study On Traffic Organization Of High Speed Reconstruction And Expansion Project

With the continuous development of China's social economy,the early construction of the highway has been unable to meet the current traffic demand.Design is the most important task of expressway expansion project is the traffic organization,usually the basic form of expansion is the foundation,will have a direct impact on the construction quality and schedule expansion project,thus affecting the traffic safety and capacity expansion of existing roads.Therefore,it is necessary to study the traffic organization design during the reconstruction and expansion of expressway.This paper first analyzes the domestic and international literature review and expansion project of traffic organization design of expressway,introduces the related concepts of highway reconstruction and traffic impact,traffic engineering,application of statistical analysis theory of expansion project construction period of traffic(traffic flow characteristics,road characteristics and driver characteristics)to study and pass ability,and from the analysis of road network planning,channel utilization and regional traffic conditions of highway network connectivity;secondly,the expansion of the traffic organization of expressway design in research,pointed out the design principle and process,analyzes the widening and construction way of different construction period,and then on the basis of traffic characteristics and capacity from the internal and external network traffic organization construction diversion two aspects of the development of high speed The traffic organization scheme during construction of the extension project of highway;again,the extension of traffic diversion scheme is evaluated,through the questionnaire and the SPSS19.0 tool to select the evaluation index system,evaluation and selection of dynamic comprehensive evaluation method of traffic organization scheme;finally,the combination of theoretical research and empirical analysis,the Beijing Tibet Expressway(Shizuishan Mongolia Ning Jie)to Zhongning section as an example,the design of traffic organization scheme,and the dynamic comprehensive evaluation of the case,results show that the Beijing Tibet expressway during construction design of the traffic organization program through evaluation,provides a reference for the design of evaluation in the extension project of traffic organization plan of highway in our country in the future.
