Based on that the paper implement the method of point the suction device accurately and analyse the feasibility of sensor. After the hardware environment is designed, discuss the data transfer by can and PWM output by EV module. The width from the LJ-G200 sensor is transferred through the CAN BUS and then transferred to the DSP to process. The system applies the EV module to achieve different PWM to output which drives the magnetic valve to control the cylinder's flux through the power magnify and then complete the accurate movement of suction device. The DSP's software calls the different going subprogram through keyboard scan program. Under the integration development environment of CCS2000, the paper accomplishes the writing and debugging of different subprogram.
