| It is very difficult to judge the condition of lubrication points in self-lubrication system of the mineral product dump truck, because there has no definite boundary between the fault in self-lubrication system, especially one fault sometimes may be changed to another fault. Three aspects, including the sign acquired, the inference from sign to fault and the basic principle of diagnoses, all have the fuzziness, so fuzzy theory could be used to fault diagnosis. Its application that is of the great significance and the broad value may be beneficial to the service life and the production cost. The fuzzy theory in this article has been applied to develop the system of intelligent fault diagnosis. The main task and innovation is expressed as follows:(1)The parameters in the process of self-lubrication were analyzed, improvement of the oil-gas control system from un-synchronous to synchronous was come true and the synchronous control of oil-gas injection process successfully was realized by using of PLC.(2)The fuzzifier method, which could be applied to describe the fuzzy knowledge, was researched and the intelligent fault diagnosis system was set up including fuzzy knowledge base, fuzzy, vague solutions, the fuzzy rules and fuzzy inference.(3)The fuzzy inference machine in fault diagnosis expert system was designed by combining broad-sure with broad-negative method of reasoning.The intelligent fault diagnosis system has been applied to 108t mining auto-unloading vehicle running in poor environment for half a year, it achieves some good results including the life of the lubrication system extends at least 1 time and abnormal situation diagnosis accuracy rate increases at least 80 percent. Its successful application shows that the basic knowledge base of intelligent fault diagnosis is reasonable and the reasoning mechanism, which is of a high diagnostic capacity and greater practicality, is fast and efficient. |
