Research On The Formation Mechanism And Coordinated Development Of Spitial Function Region

Under the background of the growing problems of regional developmentsuch as the disorder of regional development,degradation of environment and so on, how to coordinate development between the system of economy and society and that of resource and environment becomes an important issue. One of the most effective way to solve the problems among various region is to considerate comprehensively the division of spatial function region that the factors of the regional development are proceeding such as economy, society and environment and so on. Nowadays the studies of the spatial function region are carried out deeply. Strengthening the study is favorable to sort out the order of regional development and the content of coordinated development, which can adapt the density of regional development about society and economy to practical bearing capacity of the development and ensure the formation of logical pattern about spatial development.Based on the difference between Natural conditions and social conditions, this paper discusses on the issue about the longitudinal formation mechanism and transversal coordinated development of spatial function region. And we also believe it is of profound theoretical and practical significance.The paper designed the technical line of this research by analyzing the concepts of spatial function region and reviewing the research from home and abroad comprehensively. Then the paper take WeiYang County as an example to research the formation mechanism of spatial function region, and construct its coordinated development, combining the condition of district research about realistic nature and economy society. At last, the measures to construct spatial function region are proposed. The conclusion which we can describe as follows:(1) The study on the spatial function region from home and abroad indicates that the countries abroad focus on it earlier than the domestic study, in the construct of realistic spatial function region we should take advantage of their advanced experience from aboard , and also we must conduct our plans combine with the actual situation in different areas in order to improve the applicability of research and practice for regional development in our country.(2) The reasonable index system is the basis of confirming scientific and objective pattern of spatial function region. We have to select indicators carefully which influence regional development, filter the reasonable dividing index of spatial function region and make good use of spatial analysis techniques to improve the reasonability of pattern division of spatial function region.(3) This paper realizes that the main factors which affect spatial function region of WeiYang county are natural conditions, economic location, regional development basement, spatial economy and industrial policies, market factors and the effect on the related industry, the spillover of function in urban core, the general development strategies of Xi'an.
