As a typical active automobile control technology,traction control system(TCS) improve vehicle driving ability and stability by prevent driven-wheels from extreme slip to the best of its ability on low-μroad.Generally,TCSincludes two components,namely,active brake control and engine torque control.The brake pressure modulator,which implements active brake,responds driving signals from TCS control and control brake fluid flowing into or out from brake cylinder so as to modulate the brake torque on driven-wheels,consequently,excessive slip tendency is prevented.The research on TCS including brake pressure modulator has been experienced for several decades.Since the first electric TCS was equipped on vehicle in 1985,TCS has been widely used.Nowadays,TCS has grown into the multiple function electric system that monitored by sensors,administrated by micro-processors and executed by actuators. TCS are equipped on more and more automobiles. But researches on traction control technology are in commencement phase in China, which mainly focusing on the researches on controllers,however,few exploitation are implement on brake pressure modulator.In this paper, hydraulic brake control on the TCS study the text is divided into five chapters,the main contents are as follows:In chapter one,first of all,we described the content and significance of this paper's research. Reviewed TCS drive and anti-slip growing history both at home and abroad,knowed the basic principles of the traction control system and control method of the program implementation.Finally introduced the main contents of this paper.In chapter two, through the collection of hydraulic control system of the brake pressure regulator device-related information, summed up the basis of brake pressure regulator device theoretical knowledge to understand the braking function of the pressure regulating device and the response characteristics of the composition of the principle, while the introduction of different braking solenoid valve pressure regulator device program for the hydraulic control system set up TCS hydraulic control unit has laid a foundation. Second, the current widely used hydraulic modeling software system AMESim the basis of theory, such as module libraries make a preliminary introduction. IMAGINE are AMESim French company launched in 1995 based on the bond graph of the hydraulic/mechanical system modeling, simulation and dynamics analysis software.In chapter three,TCS set up a model of the hydraulic unit, hydraulic components of the sub-model selection and parameter settings for easy overview. In this paper, the flow way wheel brake pressure regulator control solenoid valve using two two-model system, the hydraulic characteristics of the affected components to amend the relevant parameters of simulation, comparative analysis of the hydraulic performance of different parameters.In chapter four,AMESim library to use the relevant model of vehicle simulation platform set up on 15 degrees of freedom vehicle model, wheel model and data acquisition model, as well as components involved in the super-introduction and use of the instrument. Finally simulink introduce a car-based Roller Skating conversion rate control algorithm logic threshold model.In chapter five,in the conventional control-driven and driven in TCS two modes, the homogeneous surface of low adhesion and separation of the road were carried out computer simulation studies, access to the body acceleration, speed, and drive roller displacement related to the rate of curve; Finally by comparing conventional and TCS-driven simulation data of anti-skid control, anti-skid reached TCS traction control can improve vehicle performance simulation results.In chapter six, carried out on the full text of the conclusions and outlook on the main job of this article, as well as for future research work and ideas of hope.In this paper, the success of dynamic simulation technology will be applied to car drivers of anti-skid control technology to study, a precursor of TCS car vehicle anti-skid to control simulation and analysis, to verify TCS-controlled hydraulic brake control for future provide a reference for further improvement, but want to do simulation with the actual situation with the perfect solution further.
