Research On Development Construction And Planning Management Of Small Towns

The key point of town construction lies in small town's construction, does well exploitation constructions and planning management of small towns are beneficial to meet economic and social sustainable development. The development of small towns is a rural urbanization path which conforming to the situation in China, and is also a grand strategy lead rural economic development and social development. Then speed up the small towns construction step will be a very good breakthrough point which our country expand domestic demand。The town management idea, is already format basically in our country town government, and has had positive influence in the towns construction and developing process. But adopts which kind of pattern to manage the towns has great influence on the results of towns management. Therefore, the choice of small towns' development construction mode and planning management way is extremely important for small towns to seek the self-accumulation and the self-development.The mainly survey methods of this paper adopted include empirical study, document research ,deductive inference, comparison and comprehensive study etc. By overall combing through the development process and research status of the towns construction and management theories at home and abroad, based on the analysis, Having chosen key research regions: in the urban fringe areas. Take the Men-Tou Vallely area as an example. The characteristics and sustainable development construction condition in the urban fringe area are analyzed. Then the paper makes a comparative analysis of the current development construction mode, focuses on analysis of Miao-Feng region area.The author considers that the current Problems of management in the development of small towns focus on Planning, system and the choice of development operation mode. And based on that, The author brings forward the idea of regional comprehensive development plan and the operation mode which suitable to constructive functions of small towns to suitable regional areas is also proposed, by resources integration way? of small town. The corresponding countermeasure are proposed to our country small cities development construction and operation as well as the villages' planning, promotes small towns, especially those in urban fringe areas move towards the reasonable development path.
