Study On Planning Mode Of Small Scale Urban Blocks In New Town Construction

Chinese cities have been expanding at an unprecedented speed in the past 20 years.On the premise of land leasing,the large scale development model is retained and continued,and the scale of urban construction is becoming bigger and bigger after the construction period of "unit courtyard" under the model of the Soviet Union.The city has become a huge space against human perception.On the periphery of each block,that is,the red line(or the back line of the red line)on the urban blocks of each city block,the scale limits the fine utilization of the urban land,hinders the organic growth of the road system,and makes the urban space humanized and sharing disappearing.The internal resources of the neighborhood are isolated from each other,making the block a collection of isolated islands.The blueprint of urban development is open,shared and sustainable.The large and closed urban construction model has been questioned.In recent years,the "block system" policy of the state has been put forward,and the urban planning theory has begun to attach importance to the construction of the block.It is urgent to innovate the urban construction mode and build small scale block planning mode.Based on the above background,this paper puts forward the concept of "outline street network image system" small scale block planning model,and takes the small scale block construction closely related five elements as the starting point,and the research has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of the analysis of the background,purpose and significance of the research,this paper defines the definition of the concept related to the object of this paper,then combs the evolution process of the block scale at home and abroad and makes an understanding of the theoretical dynamics of the research on the current small scale blocks,thus obtaining some experience accumulation and inspiration.Then,the problems and contradictions in the current urban space planning and construction are summarized and analyzed.Based on the above theoretical basis,experience guidance and problem oriented,a small scale block planning model of "outline street network image system" has been constructed,including the planning principles,planning elements,framework and planning strategies of small scale blocks.It has formed a more complete model theory for the construction of the new town;finally,it carries out an empirical study on the Ningbo Coastal New Town based on the small scale block planning model of "outline street network image system".
