Research On Planning And Construction Of Wantou Jade Characteristic Town In Yangzhou Based On The Theory Of Industrial Agglomeration And Coupling Development

Undoubtedly,since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the cultivation and development of characteristic towns has been an important practice and exploration in promoting the integrated development of urban and rural areas and realizing the goal of socialist modernization of "prosperity,democracy,civilization,harmony and beauty".Although the practice of town has been a huge success with Chinese characteristics,but some also appears the phenomenon of unbalanced development,one of the notable problem is:some characteristic town industrial concentration degree is not high,local characteristics cultural protection and development relative lag,space planning is equal to the general industrial park planning,etc.,caused the characteristic town development bottleneck,it is difficult to achieve planning objectives.Therefore,people with insight in the industry generally believe that in the planning and construction of characteristic towns,industrial agglomeration and coupling development are the key points,spatial planning and coupling are the foundation,and cultural integration and coupling are the soul.Based on the planning and construction results of yangzhou Wantou jade-featured town,this paper innovatively proposes the theory of industrial agglomeration and coupled development to guide the further planning and construction of Wantou town.In the first chapter of this paper,the background and significance of this research are firstly proposed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical research and successful construction cases of characteristic towns at home and abroad as well as the experience enlightenment,the research ideas,research methods and research contents of this paper are proposed.In this paper,the second chapter first research involves the definition of the concept of the town and characteristic town,town reference characteristics of general research experience,this paper expounds the coupling theory,industry cluster theory,and on this basis further refined to yangzhou Wantou jades characteristic town of actual industrial agglomeration and the coupling development theory,as t Wantou jade characteristics of small town planning and construction of the research work provides theoretical basis and research perspectives.The third chapter first comprehensively analyzes the present situation of Wantou jade-featured town,and then introduces it in detail from the aspects of planning concept,planning structure,spatial layout,land use planning and key implementation project conceptual planning.In the first chapter of this paper,the background and significance of this research are firstly proposed.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the theoretical research,successful construction cases and experience,the research content,research methods and research ideas are put forward.In this paper,the second chapter first research involves the definition of the concept of the town and characteristic town,town reference characteristics of general research experience,this paper expounds the coupling theory,industry cluster theory.and on this basis further refined to yangzhou Wantou jades characteristic town of actual industrial agglomeration and the coupling development theory,as Wantou jade characteristics of small town planning and construction of the research work provides theoretical basis and research perspectives.In the third chapter of this paper,the present situation and development opportunities of Wantou jade feature town are comprehensively analyzed.Then,from the aspects of planning goals,planning structure,spatial layout,land use planning,and key implementation project concept planning,the author introduces the planning results and construction practices of Wantou characteristic town in detail.Finally,under the guidance of the theory of industrial agglomeration and coupling development,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from three perspectives:cultural integration and coupling,spatial planning and coupling,and industrial agglomeration and coupling.In the end,this paper summarizes the main conclusions of the paper,expounds the innovation points,and puts forward the shortcomings of the research and the future research direction.
