Study On Communication System Plan And Evaluation Method In The Distribution Automation System

With the higher demands for the quality of civil power,the configuration of the distribution network began to be optimized step by step in our country;the distribution automation system(DAS) was put in practice in some areas.As one important support part of DAS,the communication network building becomes an attention-point in the implementation of DAS.So how to plan the network configuration of communication system also becomes the vital part in DAS.The economic and technical impacts of the communication network building are the key points of the implementation of DAS. Based on this,the building planning principium and steps are proposed.At the same time,the evaluation system for communication system performance is established.At last the implementation plans and concrete steps are given to a certain city's communication network building in the DAS.Using the multi-objective analysis assessment method,some communication methods proposed as the selection were evaluated;it gives a scientific guide for planning communications systems in actual project.
