Filtration is one of the key techniques of water treatment.Turbidity of the outlet water as the most intuitive and important water quality parameters are often regarded as the most important filter evaluation.Filter to the treatment process as an important processing unit,the research process will have to undergo laboratory device-the middle of testing equipment-industrial production process of such a device.Practice shows that the water quality tend to a certain degree of change when amplifying the filter.The paper established on the basic model of filtration efficiency based on the subject of turbidity in the water quality parameters,then study the e changes and collections when enlarging the filter on the basis of efficiency model.In this study,quartz sand filter materials have been chosen for the size 0.8~1.2mm,K80=1.38,thickness of 700mm filter.The Filtration column utilize a diameter of 45mm,120mm and 200mm column of transparent plexiglass and here will be a sample every 100mm along depth filter,then test the water turbidity respectively when the filtration rate are v=6m/h,v=10m/h and v=14m/h.The experimental results show that:in the effective filtration cycle,the depth of flow along the filter direction,the upper filter on the turbidity removal effectively than the filter layer following the removal of turbidity,or filter traffic from the pollutant on gradually reduced.With the increase in filtration rate,the same depth of the upper filter media to reduce the removal rate of turbidity,At the same time,the higher the filtration rate,the faster penetration Turbidity quality,shorter cycle.During the processes of amplifying the Filter models from No.1 to No.2and No.3,When V= 6m/h and v=10m/h,the water turbidity and filtration efficiency change smaller, while v=14m/h,it change large relatively.In the course of this series to enlarge the upper 20cm depth of water is relatively lower turbidity more obvious changes in turbidity and filter efficiency dropped on the upper depth filter after amplifying.We can predict the turbidity and filtration efficiency of depth of filter layer through the filtration efficiency of the basic model and analysis of experimental results,also we can conclude disciplines after amplifying the filter models on the basis of filter efficiency.
